We do repeat kits, but have roughly 2 dozen unique ones. Since you only subscribed for 6 months, we've still got plenty of projects to send. The trick is that we need to reactivate the old subscription, rather than starting a whole new one. This keeps the history in tact for what you've already received in order to avoid duplicates. Please contact our customer support and let us know the subscription length you want so we can get this started for you.

We would love to be able to supply our Canadian friends with craft kits. However, the shipping costs are enormous and our research has shown that the majority of potential customers would not be willing to pay $18 to $30 per month for shipping. As a small, but growing company, we're not yet in a tier where we could qualify for bulk rates to Canada. Perhaps someday we'll get there! Thanks for your interest in Terra Create.

Waited for over a month. The package never arrived. It was purchased as a Christmas gift. Canceled the order due to it not arriving in time for the holiday
We have responded directly to this customer and refunded their order. This order was cancelled immediately by the customer on same day it was placed. Which confused us, so we contacted them twice to clarify. Usually this quick of a cancellation means the customer changed their mind and does not want it at all. Turns out this customer really did want it. We never received any response and had no other way to contact them. So the order has been on hold. We figured they'd reach out eventually to ask where's my package or where's my refund and then we'd know which action to take. Customer service is a top priority but it's true we don't have phone support as it's not feasible for...

The box I got is a gift for someone else, but I had it mailed to me. The box had gotten wet in transport, but luckily the box and the instruction pamphlet were all that were affected. Customer service said they would mail out a new pamphlet.

My two girls 12 and 14 love this box and so do I. The activities are perfect for their age. Much more advanced than kids craft kits. Also each idea is so unique that many of the crafts are brand new to these seasoned crafters. As a mom I love how I can get a single subscription which included enough supplies for two people. I can't say enough how wonderful Terra Create is. Supplies are generous and unique. Directions are detailed and readable with lots of pictures. Favorites have included the October Halloween zen sandbox and the scented candles. This would be enjoyed by adults as well as teens.

Shibori Tie-Dye Pillow Covers
Learn about the Japanese style tie-dye called Shibori! Your kit will contain two plain cotton handkerchiefs plus two 14x14 pre-sewn pillow covers, along with red and indigo blue fiber reactive dyes pre-mixed with Urea, soda ash, squeeze bottles, rubberbands, gloves, string, sticks, ziplock bags and instructions.
