Great question Amy! We use a Bella+Canvas unisex size shirt for our monthly shirts! Here is a sizing reference
XS- Width 16.5, Length 27
S- Width 18, Length 28
M- Width 20, Length 29
L- Width 22, Length 30
XL- Width 24, Length 31
2X- Width 26, Length 32
3X- Width 28, Length 33

Hello Beth. I looked into your account and it appears we don't have a proper shipping address that was entered on your end; which is why you never received a box. Our system didn't pick it up in the shipping processor because of the error. We are not a scam nor ever try to be. I'm a mom running a business by myself. I'm happy to refund your money. This is the first I'm hearing of this and was completely unaware of the issue. Refunding your money now. Sorry for your mix up.
