When you subscribe you make a profile where you can login at anytime to change your preferences, like size and address. On that page you can also control whether not you renew with options to pause a month or cancel anytime. Generally I make a few extra garments when it comes to sizing so that I can offer exchanges. Sometimes an item may not be your favorite but can make for a fantastic gift to a friend, I see a lot of people use many items for themselves and then are also able to share with friends.
