I honestly have to give it to yall bad ass chicks behind the scenes because even though yall have like 50/11 customers, some how yall make it seem like its specifically made just for me. Especially with the spirit animal that a Spiritualist matched my name to........I was like "DANG! I do feel like a dolphin 🐬 alot of the time." While I liked the items in the box, it was a little disappointing to receive the flyer with all the products that SHOULD have been in the box, with some of the items not actually in it. For example in the Quirky Kief box I received a joint holder with one pre roll paper in it rather than the blink lighter that was listed in the flyer. Also. While it seems small, I really enjoy getting stickers from different companies and the sticker they gave me they used and placed it on the box that will end up in the garbage. Would have been nice to get a non used one I could have placed somewhere I chose instead of the box that I will never use again.

Sounds like you need to send us an email. You should have received everything listed in the pamphlet… the doob tube & cones were a bonus item, not a replacement. There was also a sticker on the inside as well that was different than the one on the box and it sounds like you were missing that as well. I am obsessed with the Stoney Babe Box! Its definitely my favorite thing to get when I want to treat myself! I recently had trouble with delivery of the boho box because I forgot to put my lot #. I immediately contacted my post office when the website said it was going to be sent back to seller and I was trying to prevent that. I went to the post office that same day,talked to multiple supervisors and was promised the box would be delivered to me. After a few days I went back to the post office to see what was going on with the delivery and I was rudely told that it was sent back to seller that same day, even though I went to the post office only 2 hours after it said insufficient address. Upset and frustrated I reached out to Stoney Babe to see what I had to do to have it resent and they were very sympathetic. They refunded my money for the box and sent it back on them to make up for my post office being so obnoxious with the delivery process. I am definitely a life time customer and will always recommend them to my family and friends! The product is always amazing and they genuinely care about their customers!

This is my 5th box I think and they just keep getting better! First one (purple bowl in pic) was a mystery box and this month was Retro Jane and I absolutely love it! Only downside is that I can't review every box so I had to delete a few pics to add the new ones. I loved this. Then they started showing up late. Then April didn't show up, and I was charged. I have sent many emails to them at their email and messages here on cratejoy. They still haven't answered me with a solution or refunded me for a box I never got. And I unsubscribe d and still get annoying emails from them. I do t know what happened but this used to be great and now it sucks and they take your money. And never respond to emails.
