Our boxes are pre-packaged so it is difficult to make adjustments to the contents, but as long as you notify us in advance of placing an order we can make substitutions for you.

Thanks for your question! We usually ship the following business day, and shipment can be 3-7 business days in the US and about 10-14 business days to most locations overseas.
My May 2020 box was sent out on the 12 of May and now it is June and still hasn't arrived.

This is how it normally works, when you first sign up with Treats, your first box will not be the 'box of the month' but instead, it will be one of the boxes from the previous months and then will receive the 'box of the month' on your 2nd box renewal.
The country you'll receive is a secret until you receive the box!
So I’ve talked to Roger at Treats who is the owner and I’m going to give him a chance to make my experience better. There will definitely be an update, but so far I will say that I’m content.
Update: Just received my treat boxes n overall I’m for sure a lot happier with them. The only thing is it’s super hot out and shipping chocolate in a hot delivery truck...... pretty sure it’s obvious. So I’m a little disappointed and really hope they will take into account the seasons and where the boxes are being shipped. Other then that I’m pleasantly surprised and glad I gave them a chance at redemption. 😆 Even though I was super bummed about something that was replaced, I absolutely loved the replacement! Now I’m going to have to think about renewing my subscription and making room in my fridge for the whole box (just in case).

I purchased a 3- month subscription for my mother who has traveled the world. She absolutely loved this gift and looked forward to every new box. She said the boxes were packed with a variety of treats and she liked them all. The boxes came on time. I am very happy and will order another subscription in the future. The shipping was really quick, and the treats tasted pretty good too. I'd say its a good deal for someone who wants to try a subscription box without paying a massive amount of money.

Great gift for the man who has everything! I bought this for my husband for his birthday. The box came before expected and was full of fun snacks! It also included facts about the country and a recipe to try. We were very happy with the box!

I’ve been a subscriber to the “Treats” box for several months now. I was happy with my first box, all items that were promised to me on the little note were there! In the months to follow though, I’ve grown more and more disappointed. At least three of my boxes have been missing items. I contacted the seller about this and, just like some other reviewers, got no response. Now that I’m posting a public review, I’m sure the seller will publicly state his apology or whatever as he has for other reviews. Here is a tip: when you have paying customers reaching out to you kindly to resolve something, listen to them. Don’t just respond after we’ve cancelled our subscriptions and left public reviews.

Very rarely the warehouse might make a mistake and miss an item, but for three of your boxes to have missing items is an incredibly strange anomaly. But while mistakes happen, our creed is to always fix them as soon as it's brought to our attention. So it's honestly bizarre that you said you reached out and never got a response. I bought this as a gift and have yet to receive this box, though I keep getting messages saying it will. Then, I cancelled the box when I spoke by email with the seller, because my mother...whom I bought the box for...passed away. However, they still renewed the subscription even though they said it would be cancelled. And again, they keep saying it has shipped by my father has yet to receive any of the boxes (which are in my mother's name). It's ridiculous. I've basically paid for two subscriptions I haven't received.
