Our boxes are pre-packaged so it is difficult to make adjustments to the contents, but as long as you notify us in advance of placing an order we can make substitutions for you.
In order to figure that out, you'll have to ask the trytreats team themselves as they're actually the ones handling this subscription box

Thanks for your question! We usually ship the following business day, and shipment can be 3-7 business days in the US and about 10-14 business days to most locations overseas.
My May 2020 box was sent out on the 12 of May and now it is June and still hasn't arrived.

I bought this as a gift and have yet to receive this box, though I keep getting messages saying it will. Then, I cancelled the box when I spoke by email with the seller, because my mother...whom I bought the box for...passed away. However, they still renewed the subscription even though they said it would be cancelled. And again, they keep saying it has shipped by my father has yet to receive any of the boxes (which are in my mother's name). It's ridiculous. I've basically paid for two subscriptions I haven't received.
My boyfriend and I have always wanted to try a box subscription and decided to finally purchase one. After we placed our order, we realized we made a mistake with our address which prevented us from receiving our boxes. We decided to reach out by emailing customer service to try and fix this issue on our end. Our address was then quickly fixed with the help of the customer service team. We appreciate the help we received from this business and can’t wait to receive our boxes!

I bought 3 months of boxes for my nephews for Christmas in early December. However, the December box never arrived. I contacted Treats by e-mail and they have responded and said they will send a replacement box (no tracking email yet). However, my nephews did receive the January box and they did enjoy it. So, while the shipping isn't great, I have not had any issues with Customer Service. They have been easy to communicate with and been responsive.

I have only been with this company for 2 months/2 boxes, but I know I will continue to subscribe as long as I can. They jumped through hoops to get the December box to me, even after the first try got lost in the chaos of this season's shipments.
Even when I was frustrated with the delays, they were always apologetic and professional as they negotiated the postal system's backlog. The second box is just as good as the first, (Italy this month, and Israel last month). I really like the enthusiasm they display with their products, and I like all the things they pack with the premium box.

Worst experience ever. Ordered the first week of December, as they advertised 3 days to ship. It is now January 18, and I still haven't received a box. Customer service is useless...they are zero help. I cannot even get a refund, so I am stuck waiting. What a joke of a company...

We've checked and it appears that your first box was delivered to the wrong address, however, we've requested to ship a replacement for you. As for your January box, it shows that your box was already to you on January 19, 2021 at 12:38 pm by our shipping partner.

I ordered three treats boxes, I have been waiting for more then 3 weeks for the first box to arrive and apparently there’s another 6-21 days for it to ship !!!!! These boxes were supposed to be Christmas gift for my daughter and she is yet to receive them !!!! I have sent messages to Joycrate they apparently have nothing to do with the treats box, but my payment was taken by their company !!!! They sent me on a goose chase, to answering where the hell the box is, I was getting messages that it was through fedex than it became Canada post ! Never ordering from this company again !
I would like to apologize for the late delivery. Please know that we were able to ship the first box after you placed the order. It usually takes 7-21 days for international orders to arrive and since it was a busy holiday season, our shipping partners experienced delays that are, unfortunately, out of our hands.
I also see that your box was already delivered by the final mile carrier which is Canada post on January 18th.
