If you subscribe they will not allow you to ubsubscribe. There is no number or email. You click a link to unsubscribe but they keep sending the box and charging your card. The stuff in the box looks like a bunch of left over junk that nobody wanted.

The make-up pallette was sticky and the colors did not show up. The hat is made for younger kids, and did not fit. The Elsa doll was really cute.

Be cautious before ordering from Walt Life. I ordered the Magic Plus Prince (Male) / 18+ yrs box for my brother as a birthday gift. He received his items and was generally satisfied. I was going to cancel the subscription, but was too late to do so and received the 2nd box. My box contained mostly Marvel items, which do not resonate Disney with me as I have never watched any Marvel films. I requested a refund or exchange for traditional Disney products. Attempts to obtain either have been unsuccessful thus far Replies to my emails seem to be canned answers from a 3rd-party, not the actual operator of the business.
The company's response has been, in so many words, "Sorry, but we can't help you." This business seems to care very little about customer satisfaction.

Customer service is horrible and very sad to say the least.
I got 3 little rings, a pin, a bottle of hand sanitizer and a small sign. Definitely not $59.99 worth of product.

I was hoping for more fun girls stuff
Couldn’t give a full review. Have yet to receive mine. It’s been way over time advertised or as said in customer service section of their site. The shipping has been not as stated as well. I doubt I’ll get a refund either. Customer service is not so great. Dealing with a foreign company is not always great!!!

Starting to not be worth the price. There was hardly anything in the box
You get Disney stuff, but it's not the greatest quality. I'd opt for the bibbity box instead
It is fun to get the surprise boxed, and make changes to the age range and type of box. However, the items have been on the decline. My boys have been getting so many bracelets and necklaces that they are now discarding them. It is starting g to lose its fun. You need to put a little mor thought as to what a 12 year old boy would like and not duplicate it each month.
I wasn't sure if I would like having mystery items, but I loved the box! The quality of the products is great. I would like a few more customization options personally, but this was a great box. I will be wearing the reindeer ears all month.

I love being surprised, but there is no customization available, other than inputting your age group, but the items I recieve are not for my age range anyway. So it was a fun experiment, but not something I would do long-term.
The packaging is very nice and everything always arrived in-tact.
I *love* these earrings! The October box came with all kinds of amazing Halloween-themed items! I am so happy with this box!

The selection of items that have been curated over the past few months has been.....bizarre. Unrelated souvenirs, dusty dirty merch packaging, cheaper cheesy tems and so so soooo many scrunchies!! I will say the jewelry is always awesome, though.
What happened? Took 2 weeks to get a box of junk! Rain coat, kids sunglasses I could have got at dollar tree a broken keychain bag of jelly beans and 2 pins come on Disney I want my money back!!!

They show boxes filled with really nice items but the items you get....not all that great. I had an 18+ box. Magic plus I believe it was, had 5-6 items in it. Anyway, only 2 boxes of the 5 I received were decent. Most are super cheap souvenirs that you can get in Orlando at those huge tourist traps. Items you can get for a few dollars. Trust me, I go to Disney practically every month. I made a comment on a post someone made, the photo was of their box with super nice items while mine again was cheap souvenirs. I commented. They must hate me lol. I was instantly blocked from their page. Petty. I canceled because of that alone.

No curation to this box. Just an age and whether you are female or male. This box is too expensive for there to be no curation. The items are excellent quality, I just keep getting characters I don't like at all. There are better ones out there!

Not worth the money. Too expensive for what amounts to random junk with no real option to customize or tailor to what you like within the vast world of Disney. Out of 2 boxes now I have gotten one item I actually could use/like.

Apologies that you did not find value in our box. I see that you were subscribed for our Classic box which doesn't allow for too many customization options and really can be any item for any age range. We think you would really love our Magic box subscription which is only $9 more a month and also offers the ability to choose a gender and an age range that will fit your needs much better. Happy to see that our customer service team was able to help you out.
The only box I did receive was filled with items that looked like they were picked up off a discount shelf at the local Walgreens or airport in Florida. Nothing of high quality- a shot glass, umbrella, a keychain, etc. Nothing in the box was officially from Disney or from the Disney World parks.
The subscription service itself is set up so it's impossible to cancel- you have to reach out to customer service support for a cancellation link that never arrives. Despite my attempts to cancel, I was charged this month and now support will not contact me back to get this box canceled and reverse the charge.
Overall, the company itself is typical of some of the more shady subscription companies- expensive, not a good value for the price, and the owners make it difficult (intentionally) to cancel. Buyers beware.

When I order the box for my 5 year old son, I was excited to see his face when he would get mickey mouse or one of those known characters. Every box we received for a few months, were characters that were in the background. I felt like I was paying for toys that no one wanted. Otherwise the box was good enough, just tired of getting characters that aren't liked. Shipping took longer than expect, I wouldn't get a box until the next one was being charged. The site is also confusing on how to change an address or even cancel.

The item with in the box were fine. Just don’t know what happened with the shipping for this box. The box came damaged. I liked it better when the box came with the shrink wrap. Hopefully for my next box the shipping quality won’t be an issue. Because then I thought maybe something might had fallen out of the box. One never knows what could have happened.
