Reimbursement? Nope. Should you get this box? Hell No!
These people have charged me twice. No box yet. No reply yo my message from 7 days back. I have asked to cancel. They haven’t replied. Charged twice in 2 days. I have asked that they just let me try one box first. Simply no communication. Horrible customer service.
I got my first box today and I am so excited about the pieces! Can't wait to see what October brings. Thanks!
I love Love LOVE this box! This is my first box with Bijoux and I am so impressed with the curating and quality of the products. I am also very impressed with the customer service. I had requested no earrings and my box had a beautiful pair of earrings but I can't wear them, I wrote to Shana, and within 5 minutes she replied that she was very sorry and she would send me the replacement item, and I could just gift the earrings. THIS is customer service! She's emailed me a few times since I subscribed, this personal touch is just so nice! You just don't get that kind of service anymore and it makes you feel like she cares about you and your business. Thank you, Shana! I just LOVE Bijoux Box!
