Arts in Letters

Arts in Letters is THE arts and sciences-themed historical letter subscription. Every week I search out letters written by the world's most inventive minds in the fields of Science, Literature, Art, and Music. Then I research the contents of the letter, the person who wrote it and the person to whom it was written and include that in the packet with the letter. I find relevant images, quotes, and sources for more information.

Arts in Letters was created for people who are curious about their world and about the people who made the things in it. History was made by people whose lives were both more interesting than we might have thought and more similar to ours than we might have imagined. I hope to inspire people to take action to learn more about the things that interest them. Even more than that, I want people to pursue their interests with passion and the belief that they can make their own contributions to history. and the lives of generations to come.
