Goodness Boxes is a monthly subscription with four products for a lasting self-love experience to help people thrive at any step of their life journey.

One of the items will develop Resiliency through Cognitive Readiness skills. Another product aims to develop Self-Awareness by cultivating Spiritual Well-being. A third item will help foster positive feelings by being Emotionally fit. In addition, people will be able to gracefully manage stress by taking care of their bodies and enjoying their Physical wellbeing.

Goodness Boxes founder came up with this business because every Valentine she crafts a present for her son instead of buying material things. By the time he turned 21, she decided to do something special and put together a box with individually packed daily activities to foster Self-Love. She compiled a box filled with resources that she has been using throughout the last seven years. From communication exercises related to healthy boundaries to personality tests to seeds as a symbolic activity of what you plant is what you harvest. The box was so fun and different, that friends and family impulse her to do it as a business. 

As a result, Goodness Boxes emerged, and now is a lifestyle others can choose to live by.
