Hot Cross Buns
These yeasted buns are a traditional Easter treat in Britain. The soft buns are lightly spiced and filled with dried fruit. Date and Walnut Loaf
This moist, light loaf is packed full of flavor. The slight crunch from the walnuts and the sweet chewiness of the dates creates a great alternative to a traditional fruit cake. Jubilee Cream Tea
In celebration of Her Majesty The Queen's Platinum Jubilee we have created a special cream tea box. The box also includes Union Jack napkins, sugar cubes and a selection of traditional British tea. (Kit makes 6 scones)
Battenberg Cake

Eccles Cakes
A crisp puff pastry circle is filled with spiced currants to form a small round pie. They are topped with a sprinkling of sugar which caramelizes when baked. They are best enjoyed warm with a hot cup of tea. (Kit makes 10-12).
Coconut Meringue Slice
Make a sponge base then top with a coconut meringue, flaked almonds and a sprinkle of dried raspberries. Slice and enjoy with a hot cup of tea for an afternoon treat, or add some fresh raspberries and cream for a delicious dessert. (Kit makes 9-12 slices)
Iced Buns
