I am completely dissatisfied with my purchase. I still have yet to receive my box for June, and had to cancel my subscription so they would not continue to take money out. I reached out to the seller and they have not responded back to me at all.

I have recieved four boxes so fat and am waiting on the 5th. I adored the first two. The third was okay. The fourth was horrible. Packaging was awful and the fire earrings were broken. Well one of them was but luckily I was able to fix. However, that is not my biggest problem. Shipping is. I have yet to have a box actually ship out between the 14th to 18th. The box I'm currently waiting on had a packaging slip created and is still waiting for the product. This shipping label was created on June 22nd. It is now June 26th. This is unacceptable. I do enjoy this box. I like the little surprise every month however I will not stay if the shipping issue is not correct.
I really enjoyed this subscription so much that I kept it for almost a year however the last several months the shipping has been very slow as well as customer service. Hope this improves.
I loved everything in this box!!!! It’s like they knew exactly what I needed!! I wear every single item of the recent box every day! Such beautiful items that I’ve been really wanting!!

Seems to be going downhill. First box was great, 2nd just ok, 3rd junk. Jewelry broke within a few hours of wearing.

I really like this box. The packaging was spectacular. The dragons blood from the sage made a bit of a mess, but that’s to be expected, that didn’t change my mind about the box in the least. I got some really great jewelry and a beautiful card explaining everything included in the box.

I loved all of my boxes but I have not received my February box, nor my March box and my bank account was debited today again. I’ve left multiple messages and nobody has responded.

It's a nice surprise each month. For the money.
I don't actually know what this box is like since I still haven't received anything. I started the subscription on December 17th and received a shipping notification the same day. I have not received anything except for an email saying I should receive tracking on January 17th which didn't happen either. I would like my money back honestly since I don't think I will ever actually receive anything from this subscription.

1st box for Christmas was great, the next month for my birthday also good, then it kinda fell off the wagon. Valentines box never came was told its running late but still was charged for March box and February box still never showed told I don't want to pay March if I don't have February yet still charged me. Finally middle of March got one but is this February or March and will I get 2 this month or just be late e every month now and pay for an extra box I'll never get? Not very impressed at the moment, sorry
