Purchased this as a Mother’s Day gift for my Mother-in-Law. Did not show up before Mother’s Day (even though the other monthly subscriptions I purchased from other companies, that shipped on the same day, arrived 3 days befor Mother’s Day). Then it even showed up 2 days late from what was expected. One item melted all other the other items. When I reached out to Bath Bevy, instead of making it right by resending the box, or adding an extra month to the subscription, or even refunding the entire subscription (which is not what I wanted because this was a gift, but would have preferred, because everything in the first box was ruined), they just refunded the remainder of the subscription. Didn’t care to ask what I would like done at all. They should re-evaluate their shipping process and carrier. Don’t subscribe to this box if you want good customer service!
I understand that you were hoping for a Mother's Day delivery. With the current COVID-19 pandemic affecting us all, USPS Priority did take longer than we would expect in a pre-COVID world. Your entire order was refunded and your subscription cancelled. We’re usually known for our exceptional customer service and we regret that we didn’t live up to those expectations here.
