When you purchased your subscription, you used a coupon code that allowed you to get the price of one package removed from your total, so your subscription was discounted when you purchased. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!! You receive little or no information not able to track packages. No ability to talk to someone and have to wait days/weeks on replies to emails. They say they are processing month 3 of my subscription but I have yet to see one package delivered. I have already cancelled and waiting on refund not sure how long that will take.

In the cancellation email we let you know that if you would like to cancel the remaining packages to email us and let us know before the shipping dates April 1-4th. On April 4th after receiving the shipping notification, with the tracking information, we received an email from you that said, "Subscription cancelled do not ship packages." We then replied to the email asking your preference for the remainder of the subscription since one package had already been shipped and we did not receive any further communication from you, so we continued to send the packages to the address provided. We are really happy with the box and it is pretty cute how my 7 year old gets excited when she sees the box sitting on the porch (I've been leaving it there so she can see it when she gets home from school). It's really helped her enjoy reading and I really appreciate everything you do. Also, customer service it really great. I wanted to change the name on the box from mine to my daughters and they did it within 20 minutes. I've never gotten something taken care of that fast haha anyways great job were big fans
