Hi Andres! We're SO sorry -- for some reason Cratejoy allowed an order from Colombia, which it shouldn't have (we only take orders from USA). You were refunded and cancelled -- I hope you understand this. If possible, we would love for you to update or remove your review, but please don't feel obligated.
