We did an awesome Colorado Box last year! We sold out so we do not have that box currently. Our current selections are Minnesota, Utah, and Washington. We do have some Colorado Alpine Tree candle holders remaining and I would be happy to add that, with the candle, in one of our other boxes. Thank you for reaching out about the Virginia Box. We did have a Virginia box and, although they sold out, we still have some great Virginia items. The Florida box is always available, even if it isn’t listed in the box choices. You can reach out through CJ and let us know you would like the Florida box! While we are out of the LA box, we will repeat it at some time in the future. Right now we have some past box options in the check out that you can choose from for your first box. Thank you for reaching out. Each month we feature a different state and that box goes out to all our subscribers. Due to the fact that many of our hand-made items and foods have an expiration date, we do not keep all states in stock at all times. With that said, we currently have three choices available, Hawaii, Kentucky and South Carolina. We can always create a Florida box upon request. We can also do a mixed box of items from multiple states upon special request, for the first box. After that, the subscriber would receive the featured state in subsequent months. I enjoyed the curation and the overall box. Unfortunately, I received a candle & pre-broken hard candy that shipped from Florida to California and the candle was melted & the hard candy fused together in a big hard lump. A shipping issue.

The monthly boxes have been a fun assortment of food items and home/kitchen items. I love that I have a state keepsake each month along with consumables that won't take up space. I have received things like a cutting board, candles, kitchen towels, a Swedish dish cloth, candle holders, a coffee cup etc. So far all the boxes I have received have been wonderful. I even ordered a special edition box and chose a flamingo theme. Customer service was very responsive and friendly when working out what I wanted for a special box. I think it was adorable!!! Top notch subscription. I highly recommend it.

I have been getting this subscription for myself for a long time. I got my son a three month sub for him to try out after a not very good experience with a different "state" box. He is LOVING this box just as much as I do. I am sure I will be renewing this for him since he has liked it so much. I highly recommend this box for the fun variety and value of gifts, the uniqueness, and the amazing customer service. My son loves trying new snacks and has liked the other included gift items special to each state, so this was the perfect gift for him.

I know I chose the right address for this gift, at least initially in the check out process. Unfortunately, it was shipped to me in Florida instead of to New York. So much for ease of gift giving.

Upon checking your order, it appears that the November box that you ordered was listed to go to an address in Florida. The December and January boxes are listed to go to an address in NY. Our boxes do ship automatically to the address that is placed in the system for each month. We will reach out to Cratejoy to see how the address for November could have come up differently than the address for the next two months, as it shows on your order.
