I was unsure at first and it seemed to take awhile to get them, but I absolutely love them! I love wearing earings and this is the perfect way to build my collection at a perfect price! So happy I signed up for the year subscription! Looking forward to receiving my next pair! It is a good affordable way to give you a nice little gift every month.

I've only been a customer for a short time. I paid for a year's subscription. The first 2 months worth of earrings that I received were the exact same pair. They were fine.. But what I signed up and paid for were 12 DIFFERENT pairs of earrings. I have tried to contact Earfleek about this 3 times and have received no response whatsoever. I'm a little disappointed so far. We'll see how the rest of the year goes, I guess.
My first order came broken. They said they would replace it but a replacement never showed up and I was never given a tracking code so I guess they just forgot.

I love this subscription! It’s so fun to get cute earrings every month. I love the diverse and fun selection of earrings I’ve received. I’m a teacher so I like to switch it up and the kids enjoyed some of the fun ones I’ve gotten.
I tried out this subscription because it seemed like a cheap way to grow my earring collection with good quality products. They really outdid my expectations! I got so many cute earrings and the voting feature was such a fun way to tell the company my own tastes. There were also a few times when I had to contact support (broken earrings, etc.) and they were amazing! They were always so kind and helpful.
The only downside to this subscription is that my earring collection has grown to be almost too big!
You won't be disappointed!

Total waste of time!! I was still excited to try these earrings even though I got double charged. My account showed the pictures of the earrings I would receive and I was so excited but I only received one correct pair of earrings and when I contacted customer service they told me because the wrong pair that they sent me wasn't broken they could not do a replacement that is horrible customer service so yeah I cancelled lesson learn hopefully you guys won't waste your time like I did!
Enithea - thank you for your feedback. We feel we provide an incredible value for our price point. We are ultimately a mystery service and can't replace shipments over matters of taste alone. If we did that we would go bankrupt. We do offer a Premiere tier that allows subscribers to choose exactly what they get, and it does cost a little bit more.

Most of the earnings are really cute. I have had only one that I was like what the heck is that?. I am pleased with the subscription and comes like clockwork, except with covid. I just wish I knew when they ship them out.
Buyers beware! I purchased this subscription twice, once for my mother and once for my niece. The quality of the product is less than ideal, which would explain only $3.49/month. They somehow get your updated credit card information, even if you don't provide it on their site and charge you for a renewal they fail to notify you of. When you request a cancellation, they use a prorated formula to take a $38 subscription cost and refund you only $16.83. This is not a company you want to support.
Hi Laura - you had a year to cancel your Groupon subscription and did not do it. The only way for us to get you a partial refund after the fact is to prorate the refund amount as if you had been a monthly customer the entire time. We would go out of business if we provided Monthly servicing and value, to our prepaid Groupon customers.
Please consider amending your review with these facts in mind.
I subscribed to two styles, Boho Babe and Minimalist but Groovy and loved both pairs I got my first month. Shipping was awesome. I got both pairs in less than a week after ordering. This is a subscription I'm definitely gonna keep.
I've been subscribed to EarFleek for a while now, and it's a happy little treat every month that doesn't cost much at all. You can go online and vote for which pairs you'd like to get and which ones you don't want. However, recently, I received a cute pair of earrings from them that I was definitely going to wear, but for the first few days I didn't take them out of the bag. EarFleek emailed me and said they may have sent a damaged product, and to let them know so they could replace it. I took a closer look at the earrings to see the backs were, indeed, on incorrectly, and when I tried to push them into place, they snapped off. I let EarFleek know, and they put a replacement in the mail right away. However, I had the same problem with the new pair, but I just figured it was that one pair that wasn't being made properly and EarFleek had already tried to solve the problem once so I didn't want to complain. But then I got the next month's earrings, which happened to be my favorite animal, the panda. They had the same problem with the backs being on wrong (they're slanted and not in the middle of the back of the earring, so it's impossible to put them on). I love this subscription! i read a lot of bad reviews about earfleek and i was contemplating not to subscribe but i thought for like $3 i might as well, and i’m so happy i did!!! most of the bad reviews are from people who are cheap asf and aren’t willing to support a small business/ pay for a quality product, although i havent worn my earrings but they’re so cute and you literally get to choose the type of earrings you want .. like if you got sent earrings you didn’t like , it’s not their fault . overall a 9/10 periodt . AND their packaging is so freaking cute ❤️❤️❤️

If you want to receive broken cheap earrings and be treated poorly by customer service then by all means subscribe! Better yet sometimes they charge you and never even send your order. Don’t waste your time or money!

Forget EarFleek! I purchased a gift subscription for my daughter who is an almost 30 year old professional. So far, (in 3 months) she has received 2 pairs of earrings. One pair of ice cream cones and one pair of a fry pan with an egg inside. I have tried to get them to send more age appropriate earrings and more stylish earrings, but they tell me no! They will not improve the type of earrings they send because Crate Joy costs them too much money and they cannot afford to. If this is so, why they still are selling on Crate Joy? EarFleek is no bueno.
All we asked you to do was to sign up via our main website, where you get FULL features, such as our voting game, monthly subscription types, etc. This is something that would ultimately have cost you less money and about 5 minutes of effort.
Half the time I get the earrings for me and my daughter the earring back and would be broken on them and they were nothing what we thought they would be.

These little coke bottles are super cute! Not necessarily something I would have picked myself, but still something I would wear.
Unfortunately, the label on one of the bottles came off partially onto the plastic bag.
Their customer service is the WORST. Seriously, I've never dealt with a ruder company.
And the earrings are just okay. Some are okay cute. Some are downright ugly. Most are ones that will molder in your jewelry box because you choose to wear better earrings in your collection instead.
You'd be better off to take the money and shop on Amazon or even buy the cheap jewelry directly from China yourself.
I bought a subscription through Groupon. And when I tried to cancel it a year later (because I didn't know they automatically renewed it and didn't email to let me know) they accused me of fraud, that I'd somehow gotten a better price through some tricky method.
Then when I showed my receipt, Ear Fleek didn't apologize for the accusation, but instead proceeded to back charge me for earrings I'd already bought and paid for through Groupon and would only give me a partial refund for the upcoming year.
When I asked what I was paying the extra cash for, Joe at EarFleek told me, "You are paying a higher price because we are now giving you monthly servicing. It costs us time to provide you servicing as a monthly customer."
*snort* I paid extra for their bad customer service, patronizing behavior, and accusations of fraud.
That's not really what I was hoping for when I subscribed to EarFleek.
Love and self-respect begin with establishing boundaries. The boundary we cannot allow you to cross is to pay us one amount of money for one thing, then attempt to get a more expensive, different thing, later. This is a principle that flows from the Golden Rule - we wouldn't expect you to do the same in your personal life either.
I've explained this to you multiple times, and it's sad to see you not able to accept "No" for an answer. Perhaps over time you'll come to appreciate the nuance of this interaction and see things from our perspective.
DISHONEST COMPANY They switched my month to month subscription to a yearly plan without my consent. I have to go through a chargeback dispute with my credit card company now because of their abysmal customer service. BEWARE.
