Products are pretty low end and they appear to have stopped sending the boxes completely. In December, I paid for my wife to receive 12 shipments and have only received two.

Hi Linda, I missed the mark on shipping this month And your order along with others were delayed. My marshmallows were extra sticky this month and each batch needed more time than expected to dry. First they are so snobbish. You purchase and no email of when will the item to be delivered. I bought Aug2 i think and they told me it will ship Sept without any dates just replied next month. Then Sept came no update no tracking
so I emailed them again and ask them to any update and if its too late to cancel...
then next reply was - its not to late to cancel then they refund right away. What a nice way to treat someone who paid. yes you refund my payment but you waster my 40days waiting. Rude!
