We paid for 3 and got two, on each of the kids’ separate subscriptions. Seller added in a little extra in February to try making up for no January boxes but overall dissatisfied with how much we spent and what came. We should have gotten a full third box for each of the kids and I waited for over a month to see if that was going to happen. Unfortunately it did not.
Ouch! 2 Star review is something you never want to see, but it definitely helps with understanding short comings and places we can grow.
Why did it happen? Growing business, production delay, need to hire (no excuses).

I really wanted to love this box and the two boxes I did receive (the August anniversary box and the September 2020 box) were very tasty. But the complete lack of communication and transparency about the recent delays were so bad that I cancelled and got a refund.
This box is way too expensive for what you get--the large in September had 2 smores, one tea bag, a tea light, a golf pencil, and a tiny notepad--but I was willing to pay it anyway in the name of self care and supporting a small business. But if every month comes with delays and no communication about what's happening that is too stressful for me and there are other businesses I would rather support.
Thank you for your feedback. Every bit helps me to better understand what I can do to make things better. I’m bummed that this was a lack luster experience for you. I know I have missed the shipping deadline the last two months.
