I purchased this package for my 60+ grandmother because she has been really patient staying at home during this pandemic.
I thought she could use a gift that will keep her busy and excited at the same time.
My package was suppose to reach the Northern Mariana Islands SAIPAN
We are a United States Territory.
We have a United States Postal Service.
Which is why I was shocked after discovering that the shipper was not able to send my grandmother her gift. It was very unfortunate.
As a paying customer I wish that our location wouldn’t be a problem.

Unfortunately, we are a Canadian company, and it was not possible for us to ship to that address. We deeply apologize as we did not know of these locations and that they would be a challenge to ship to. We will be updating our shipping options with Cratejoy, and we have since added information on our shipping terms to delivery only to the Continental United States.
