I've been a subscriber to both the Inku and Gacha Gacha Crate for over a year now. As with all monthly subscription boxes, The items change constantly and there will be months when not everything is going to be something you enjoy. Great way to get Japanese exclusive items in America!

The Inku crate is the perfect box for stationary lovers!! I can finally get a ton of items that I simply cannot find in Australia. The crate did take some time to arrive, but I must admit that it was worth the wait.

Worst Shipping and No Customer Support

No idea how to rate it because its been since November 28th and I have yet to receive the package. Email's to the Company go unanswered. So very disappointing as it was a Christmas gift and I won't get it in time apparently. Would not recommend.

Hi Vicki! First of all, we're terribly sorry for the delay in response. We’ve received a high volume of support emails recently, so we’re still working through them. We sincerely apologize for the wait.
Secondly, due to unforeseen delays, our October and November crates were not shipped on schedule. Due to the popularity of the Persona 5 crate, fulfillment takes longer than usual. Rest assured, we're working on it because most of the containers have already been picked up and the tracking links should start moving soon.

This isn't the first time I've had one of their subs and I've always loved it. I was so sad when I had to finally cancel my DokiDoki crate before when shipping went up. Hopefully now things being more stable I'll get to enjoy my goodies with no worries! And the Buy 1 Get 1 Promotion was superb! I got Doki crate as my subscription and also a Premium Crate. Amazing!

Japan Crate is the best and ~original~ Crate with Japan snacks. They offer you so much variety so you can get a feel as to what Japan truly offers. They range from big snacks to little ones. They also include a different drink and KitKat each month. Each month has a different theme so you'll never get bored and stay excited as to what could be next. The subscription payment plans are really great priced too. Shipment is always very fast too no matter where you are in the world! Love Japan Crate and I definitely recommend all their crates as well!!
