Umai crate is excellent. My husband loves noodles and has really enjoyed each crate. He actually finishes the whole crate unlike other subscriptions we’ve tried and ended up eventually tossing a lot of it. The shipping to Philippines has been very slow- about a month for one crate to arrive, but the company has good customer service (quick email response) and has changed who they ship with in response to customer complaints, so this should improve.

So, Japan Crate finally sending crate back to Australia. I can finally see the light after a very looonnnng wait. I already received my late crate from January. They replaced it with July themed crate and includes other stuffs on it. Customer support never stops updating me which is great and I'm so confident that my money is not lost. Thanks for the wonderful support from the Japan Crate team.
