I posted previously with a lower rating, I have since been contacted by JSC, and a representative has reached out regarding a balm being damaged in the mail.
In short, I think it's important to point out what kind and attentive service I've received regarding the specific product and a mix up with communication. The situation was handled in a very respectful way. They extended an apology and offered to replace the damaged product promptly.
Sadly I had to cancel due to the Canadian exchange rate - if the price stayed the same for two I would stay on board longer.
I would highly recommend the Chocolate!
We searched all correspondence from this customer and could not locate an email contacting us about discontent with the quality of our balms. We apologize if that email was overlooked.
We did however receive emails from this customer with regard to the customer canceling her account because she claimed that the exchange rate was too high in Canada.
We strive to address every customer concern and cure any error or discontentment.
We are sorry that the customer was not happy with her balm packs. If we had received the email that she spoke of, we may have had the opportunity to fix what concerned the customer.
The lip balms are amazing. I love all the four kinds I got but the package for it was lame. Tiny package, with just the four chapsticks. That’s it. No little card saying what each does, no business card either. Packaging department was slacking. Needs work. But the product is amazing!
