Never received my April box that I paided doron February 2nd. Than I paid for March and never got it too. I have been trying to contact them about it but never got any answers. By now I just either want what I paid for or a refund. Never going to order from here again.
We did not receive the box
Still waiting for my first box...it was due days ago but no sign yet. The tracking app just acknowledges that it is overdue but it is not doing anything else to update the map/location now; it is now 4 days behind. Contacted Kizuna and no response from them either. But I have been charged for the second month's subscription...before I got the first month's box in the mail! I also didn't like how they quote one price for the box but conveniently leave out the $12 shipping fee, so it isn't a completely accurate total when you are pricing packages. Overall, i am waiting if my box ever arrives to pass final judgment, but i have not been impressed with the way this was handled so far. There are lots of Japanese subscription boxes out there; I liked the idea of the snacks and pottery with Kizuna, but I can look elsewhere.
