Says name brands but 3 months into the 6 months I bought and nothing close to well known at all. If I had wanted brands I haven't heard of I would have bought them from another knife subscription. I read the reviews before signing up others seem happy. But 3 knives in I hated the first 2 the 3rd is just ok. If the next 3 aren't something from a major brand I'm done. I expected to be surprised by the knife style but not by some lesser brands I haven't heard of.

We are writing another review because this is the only way we know how to get a hold of you. I have emailed through ”contact seller” and I understand you are not getting the emails. I know I missed the cut off when I first ordered, but now I have been charged twice and still have not received anything. When should we expect to receive the two boxes? My husband is really looking forward to them. Thank you!
We emailed your hotmail account on file back on July 11th. The duplicate charge was already refunded the same day. I've also emailed you at the new address listed in the review.
Since you signed up on June 11th (right after our cut-off date on the 9th) your first knife will go out this month during our normal shipping window. See also the first question on our FAQ page.

I paid for the 50 dollar box. Before i purchased it I emailed them about a comment they left on another review about a coupon for purchase and was ignored. about a week later I emailed again asking why i was being charged twice for the june box. and was once again ignored. No customer care what so ever. thinking about canceling if the box they ship me is as bad as they are at returning emails.
