I bought this box and the first knife received was a CRKT model. It was a good value for the box. After that, the subscription went south.
The second knife sent was stopped by customs. I contacted the company to make sure they hadn't sent anything that is illegal in Canada. They assured me they are used to dealing with Canadian import laws around knives. While waiting for the second knife, the third was shipped.
After 3 months in customs, the second knife was released. When it arrived I found it to be of poor quality and found it in a Walmart for $20 CAD. Shortly after receiving the second knife, I got a notice from customs that the third knife was an automatic, which are illegal here. The company refunded 1 month for the trouble.
After the first shipment, I was excited for more but ended up being disappointed.

Unfortunately with Canadian Customs you're at the mercy of the particular custom agent's opinion. On rare occasion we've had completely legal knives confiscated by Canadian Customs. It should be mentioned that when this happened we fully refunded the missing knives. If you're still missing any knives, please reach out to us and we'll be sure to refund those as well. Shipping is slow. Products are decent quality. Not sure that the overall value is much to write home about. Will wait and see how the rest of the subscription goes but I probably will not renew it.

Camillus is well known in the knife world and all of their knives have life time warranties. The Cuda 9" goes for $31.69 on Amazon and $44.99 on the official website. We are writing another review because this is the only way we know how to get a hold of you. I have emailed through ”contact seller” and I understand you are not getting the emails. I know I missed the cut off when I first ordered, but now I have been charged twice and still have not received anything. When should we expect to receive the two boxes? We emailed your hotmail account on file back on July 11th. The duplicate charge was already refunded the same day. I've also emailed you at the new address listed in the review.
Since you signed up on June 11th (right after our cut-off date on the 9th) your first knife will go out this month during our normal shipping window. See also the first question on our FAQ page.

I paid for the 50 dollar box. Before i purchased it I emailed them about a comment they left on another review about a coupon for purchase and was ignored. about a week later I emailed again asking why i was being charged twice for the june box. and was once again ignored. No customer care what so ever. thinking about canceling if the box they ship me is as bad as they are at returning emails.
