Unfortunately, the second subscription box that I received arrived with leaking product. I took pictures of the box and product and immediately forwarded these to the seller asking about receiving a replacement. At this time, it has been over a week with no response from the seller. I have cancelled this subscription and will not re-order. It’s a shame the customer service is non existent as I enjoyed the products I’ve used so far, but I won’t be spending any more money with a seller who does not value the customers supporting their business.
The products included in my box were beautiful packaged/presented. My only issue is that the ingredients used in almost every product were ingredients that my dermatologist advised against me using. One of the bottles cracked when I sat it on my bathroom counter. This box just isn't for me and I'm so disappointed because I was looking forward to the subscription. Shipping was also an issue but the company acknowledged the problem and did try to correct the issue by including a nice coupon for future purchases.
