I purchased 6 months of Oh Baby boxes for my daughter in law. She was super excited over the first one, but has been very “ho-hum” about them since. They aren’t making an impact and aren’t something she is particularly looking forward to. We have 2 boxes left to go.... maybe it will improve?
ALSO, when purchasing, I was asked for her email address, but never MINE. Thank goodness I put in my address, because EVERYTHING would have gone to her. My purchase receipts, tracking numbers, endless solicitations. Everything. I never would have heard from the company again for anything, not even a receipt; it all would have gone to her. I have a big problem with that. And as for her email... they have yet to send anything that would have been appropriate to send to her, other than the shipment tracking... which frankly, should be sent to both.
As it is, I have NO IDEA what she is getting, or what my money went for. I do know that I will never sent this type of gift to anyone again, and I regret getting 6 months of these.

We asked for your daughter-in-law's email address before checkout because we send out the tracking information to avoid parcels not being received during delivery. On the other hand, we no longer asked for yours since our system automatically sends all updates to the email address you used to make an account or place an order. The order confirmation and welcome email will only be sent to the gift sender's email address but the tracking information and...
I love the products in my 1st and 3rd box. My second box had the same items as the first box. The only compensation I received was an extra tiny glass oil for my hair. I love the products but disappointed I received a repeat box. Will not be renewing my subscription.
