Excellent customer service. Very receptive company. Unfortunately I could not get my box due to prohibitively high shipping costs to Canada that were found out down the road but dealing with this company was a pleasure and they returned my whole cost. Cannot comment on their products as I never got the opportunity to have them. I have other companies on Cratejoy like ShyftRx who have taken my three month money and shipping cost and disappeared with no replies whatsoever. So I highly recommend dealing with thus upstanding business.

This kit is absolutely awesome! Upon opening the box, everything was so well laid out that you could immediately see all the different parts and pieces without having to dig through and unpack more.
The variety that this kit offers is perfect and lets the user try a few different projects without being overwhelming, even for a beginner. What was especially helpful, was the color matrix provided. It shows that with just a handful of colors, you can unlock quite a spectrum of color options without having to go out and buy extra individual colors that you might want to use.
The best part is that if you are having trouble at any point with any part of the kit, the owner Leann, provides her personal contact information for you to reach out to her directly with any questions.
Highly recommend these kits and looking forward to working with some of the other kits as well!!
