They wont let you cancel, they give you a bunch of options once you press the cancel button, trying to force you into other things
No communication from seller
Paid for 2 boxes - none received. Sent 4 emails to the seller. No responses at all.
Don't waste your time if the customer service is this bad. The first box I paid for in January and we are now in March. Having received no responses at all I have written my money off and are cancelling this subscription.
I was charged for a 2nd shipment and then subsequently cancelled my subscription. It has been over a month and ive sent 2-3 emails with NO RESPONSE because my money has neither been refunded nor my shipment mailed out. I have no idea what to do....just beware if you cancel it and you want a refund or your box...because you won't get an email response concerning either...
