While just subscribed and awaiting my 1st box, I just wanted to pop in and share my experience with the Customer Service Department.
So, I had a problem with the 1st coupon code I had for 40%. It didn't work, but when I entered my email, I received a 30% coupon and that worked. At first, I thought nothing of it and decided to eat the cost of not getting the opportunity to use the higher of the discounted rate. Then, I decided to send an email on the off chance someone responded, because there's no #, and lo and behold, someone did.
Yesterday, I had a pleasant conversation with the rep regarding the 10% difference in the codes and this morning I woke up to an email letting me know there was a refund to my account from SingleSwag - imagine my surprise.
As stated before, I haven't received my box as yet, but so far am impressed with the level of customer care that has been meted out to me. Thank you 😃!

I was auto-renewed like others - because the boxes just plain old suck. Contacted customer service who is not helpful and told me that I signed up for the auto renew when I signed up for a subscription. That was in Dec and I have not received Dec or Jan box. I've emailed over and over to customer service with no response. They've blocked me from social media. What a scam.
While I haven't ordered yet, I just want to say that I've had great experience with customer service. I emailed 3 or 4 separate times with various questions, and Angela always got back to me within a 2 day window, which with everything going on right now, think that is quite reasonable. She even apologized once when it was maybe the 3rd day that she took so long to reply, that she had been off. She even responded to my email when I replied I was going to wait to sign up after I see how much it costs to repair my car, saying she totally understands, and that if I have any further questions, or need assistance to sign up, just let her know.
My friends make fun of me because I’m the subscription queen, but this is the only box that I’ve kept consistently and absolutely love! All of the products are amazing and always worth the cost of the box. I plan to even start gifting these during the holiday season. Highly recommend for any woman, single or not.

I honestly have not even received my first box yet I WILL UPDATE!! ... I had a technical issue to confirm everything went through ... I just felt compelled to share the kindness and care of customer service. In a world so consumed with tension and stress, above and beyond what you “have” to do matters. At least to me it does. I know I chose well going with this company!
I love the box I just don’t like that I get books in the box I don’t enjoy reading so for me the books are pointless
I purchased a subscription box and waited a very long time to receive the box. I never received the box I reached out to customer service customer service never responded to me and I had to get a hold of their social media team through Facebook messenger I finally got someone to respond to me they provided me with a tracking number I looked at the tracking number and it showed the Pitney Bowes was the one who had my package from single swag but it was never delivered to the United States Postal Service to begin its transit I explained this to single swag as they seem to be too incompetent to understand the tracking number and kept telling me that my package was on the way when it was not to this day my package is still sitting somewhere with single swag and Pitney Bowes. A customer service manager finally reached out to me and told me to wait a week so I did package still never arrived I asked for a refund they had told me they don’t give refunds pretty poor way to do service I say. I requested them to re-ship my product so that way I could at least get some thing for the money that I paid the company. She told me she would re-ship it she never confirmed that she actually re-shipped the product. I again emailed her asking for the tracking number twice she never responded to me I then reached...
I love getting my box every month! I'm a single mom of 2, I work full time and am in college full time as well. Getting my singles swag box is my treat to myself and is worth every penny! I love the products that come. It's like it's my birthday every month!
First of all, the jewelry falls apart instantly. You don’t get your boxes for like 2-3 months AFTER the month it’s suppose to be for. And they’ll charge you after you cancelled and refuse a refund.
I love receiving this box every month and eagerly await its arrival. But this review focuses on Single Swag’s truly remarkable customer service. I recently had a small billing issue and contacted the company via email. Less than 24 hours later I was notified the issue had been resolved. Definitely a satisfied customer.
Everything you need. A little makeup, skin care, a good read, jewellery and so much more. Plus the customer service is beyond any I have experienced. You wont be disappointed and shipping is super fast, and I am in Canada. A must have for every single and non single lady.

Great box, wonderful and tasty products. The customer service is amazing. I had an issue with shipping so I emailed company. Ashley quickly responded and took care of the issue immediately. Probably the best customer service I have had in years. Everyone should get Singles Swag
I think this would be a box best for ladies in their teens or early 20's. I canceled after one box, as I just don't think I'm their demographic. The first box had a few good beauty products (toner, pretty-pink soap, hand lotion, lash serum and nice face cooling globes. But the other products seemed pretty cheap. It had some unhealthy cookies - and I'm just not a fan of unhealthy food in subscription boxes. The pink coffee mug has a positive message (good vibes only), but the pattern and feel was just cheap looking. The worst was the bracelet set (claimed value: $52), which is super light and feels like it's made out of plastic, with gold colored paint. I would be embarrassed to give this bracelet set away to a friend. Overall, I'm very disappointed. It just isn't for me.

I just signed up for SinglesSwag and I have to say Alexa is really on top of things. I emailed customer support because I didn't get my first box and she had a new box to me three days later. That is the fastest service I have ever had. The box had been sent to UPS and there was a mix up of 100k packages, so I could still get my original box and they said to just keep that on them. Thanks Alexa!!!
Absolutely great company! Awesome products and absolutely amazing customer service! Angela is hands down the best customer service rep I have ever dealt with! She took the time to answer my question and went above and beyond!
I didn’t expect so many great products! There was a nice variety and I know I’ll use everything. I had planned on doing only a month but I want to see next months box!

I've tried other Subscription Boxes and you get the same thing over and over and canceled them all !! The first time I got SinglesSwag I was hooked now it's the only Box I receive !!! I've been getting it for over a year and I have never been disappointed !!!
Horribly unprofessional. Been waiting a month for my box. Still absolutely nothing. Company blamed it on the holidays and covid but I ordered my box BEFORE the holidays. I have other subscription boxes from other companies and never had issues with them. This company also blocked me on FB because they didn't want me spreading the truth. I asked for my money back but they "don't process refunds" HORRIBLE.
Any issue I have had they have addressed immediately and thoughtfully. They have taken great care to make sure I am happy and feel heard. I have yet to have an issue they weren't interested in addressing. I love receiving these boxes and they want to keep it that way.
