I got this box just for one month to test it out. The products in it were okay but I just found it wasn't for me. I am in my early 20's and I think this box would be better suited for someone younger.
I do think the box was worth the value but nothing I found I would use too often. There was nothing I got in this box that made me excited to get another from this brand.

I am amazed at this box. I gave one as a gift and then subscribed for myself because I got jealous! My friend was ecstatic when it was delivered to her and said she would use everything in it. Me too, there are no fillers here, all useful items. Their shipping was so fast, they shipped 1-2 days after and we received it in less than a week, which is so fast compared to other popular sub boxes. I also emailed them a question and I was given a personalized reply within 24 hours, not just a copy/paste reply that some sub boxes do. Please keep up the good work!

I had a 6-month subscription with SinglesSwag and was never very impressed with the items for the money. Most of these products can be found cheaper on Amazon, and some of them arrive looking like they've been shuffled around quite a bit (several did not appear to be brand new, due to scuffs/discoloration on packaging. I also had an issue with an entire box being destroyed by a product that opened during shipment. Recently, my subscription was auto-renewed after I'd previously canceled. I contacted the company immediately within getting the auto renewal message (literally, about 20 min) and asked that they refund (as noting had been shipped and there should not have been an issue canceling this order). I've worked CS with companies like this, and know that it's possible to help with a customer issue like this...it just takes a person who is willing to help. I have now gone back and forth with the company & am getting a partial refund, as they are insisting on sending me the 1st box and charging me. It's also difficult to communicate issues because there is no phone number option - you have to wait to hear back after sending an email, which can be frustrating especially if an issue is time sensitive. For all of these reasons, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was a bit underwhelmed by this box. It's not that it was bad. It just wasn't as awesome as even the sister box (Paradise Delivered) that this company makes. The jewelry was gaudy. The food was cute and delish. Soap was great. Socks were brittle and uncomfortable. The body milk was a bit too strong smelling. Overall I didn't feel like it was worth the investment. One great thing was that the shipping was quick so it was the 1st of my boxes to arrive. Didn't feel cohesive or well thought out.

I signed up for a 3-month package and it was not clear that it would auto-renew, nor was I reminded it would auto-renew before the charge hit my card. After exchanging several emails with the company, I opened a complaint with my credit card company as I believe that SinglesSwag practices are dishonest and sneaky - not serving their customers well.
As for the boxes I received - some products were nice, some looked cheap, and some were repetitive over the 3 boxes I received. (Do I really need face masks 3 boxes in a row? No.) The boxes I received also did not mimic the pictures on the website - 90% of my products were beauty-based, rather than providing a good mixture of things as suggested in the imagery online.

I tried this out after getting emails for a couple months last summer with a discount code. I think, for what I paid, I got my money's worth as I only purchased boxes that I was interested in, and was able to use a new coupon code each time.
One month, my code didn't apply correctly, and customer service was kind enough to retroactively refund the difference. This last month, one of my items had a damaged/unraveled hem, and they immediately sent out a replacement with no hassle.
Another month, I skipped because I hadn't seen the spoilers yet, but decided I did want to purchase that month's box, and a quick email to customer service allowed me to and let me use a discount code as well.
The jewelry does not last very long, but I think the amount and variety of items you get make up for this flaw. Also, if you dislike some brands that are not desired due to reselling under a different name, you have the opportunity to skip that particular box. I fully research each box's product list when released so I can be aware.
I think this is a fun box for women in general, not just single women. I really enjoy getting this in the mail!

Absolute garbage. The products are not as advertised. They then trick you into signing up for an 'auto-renew' even if you only sign up for a limited period of time. I set reminders for all auto renewals I sign up for so that I know when to cancel. Here, I signed for only a 3 month subscription and they decided it would auto renew with no notice. They refuse to reverse and refund once you realize they've scammed you. They should be shut down. Shipping was fine, so I didn't dock them on that.

All the products but one were very high end - I didn't care for the Dirty Little Secret Lip Oil Duo since I don't use any cosmetics made in China, also I found the packaging tacky, unlike the rest of the products in the box that looked very classy and/or cutesy, however this is my personal preference and it was just the odd product out, which you are bound to get every once in a while in a box. The mix of jewelry, snacks, make-up and body products, and other items is really on point for a self care box. I enjoyed all the products I tried, and I discovered a couple brands I will definitely reorder from. Even the products that aren't up my alley (the lip duo and - idk how to call it - positive goals scrapbook?) will make a cute gift for someone else in my life. Please do a MarriedSwag box!
