I'm so disappointed in my first subscription box I've ever bought for myself. I'm 8 months pregnant and was looking for a large quantity of healthy snacks to have around once I've given birth. I subscribed to the Workplace box ($73), and I received 3 tiny boxes, which all arrived on different days. Each box had almost the same exact snacks inside!! There was no variety, and all the snacks were tiny. As in, the bags were definitely sample-size; about palm-sized or smaller. I can't believe I paid that amount of money for something so disappointing.

I have attempted to contact them twice. Order placed on 10/11/21. Days will ship within 5 business days. No tracking provided for the first box and gift has not been received as of yet. Sent message on 11/10, no response and I STILL have not received any tracking or the actual first box, although it says the second box is being prepared. This is not acceptable, especially as the listing specifically advertises as will ship initially within 5 business days. I even double checked the listing to make sure I wasn’t jumping the gun in expecting the first box to have been sent. I understand mistakes and oversights happen, but not responding at all when a customer brings an issue to your attention is just poor customer service.

Like the other 1 star reviews I have not received my box and it should have arrived a week or so ago. I contacted them and was told it got lost or something and they would be shipping another one out. I have not received the box or confirmation that it has shipped.

Awful snacks! I like healthy snacks and make my own healthy snacks, and I thought it would be fun to try new ones, but these are just plain gross!

While some of these snacks i like, i end up getting a lot of the same things every month and it is the snacks i do not like. I end up giving away almost my whole box.

Cratejoy was unable to keep their promised delivery schedule. When contacted, they pushed it off on the supplier. The supplier was not able to offer any help and pushed it off on the carrier they used. Neither organization has offered any reprisal....order was placed 12/16. Today’s date is 12/28. Order still not delivered.

The gluten free crate was wonderful. Your customer service stinks! I have been getting the run around telling me to email different sites---and getting no response except to tell me to email another site. My great nephew received two identical crates on the same day!!

Our team collaborated with Little Secrets Candy, before including their Peppermint Dark Chocolate Candies in the November SnackSack GF. They assured us, and all of their customers and fans, that none of their products contain gluten. Including sources like wheat, barley, rye, or oats. Little Secrets does use a shared manufacturing facility with other companies that may process other products that contain gluten. However, there are strict cleaning procedures in place to attempt to avoid any sort of cross-contamination during processing.

My rating of the box, while low, is only reflecting MY taste.
IF you're a health nut and are aware of all the different and unknown brands, then this IS your box of healthy snacks.
Most of it was not something my taste buds could tolerate, even while my brain was trying to tell it, "Come on! It's good for you!"
In the end, I have no idea what possessed me to try it. Other than me not liking most things in the box I have one pro and one con to mention:
Pro - The first box came with an awesome tote!
Con- The first and second box had a repeated item. Which would have been okay had I liked it.
