Customer service is beyond terrible. It took two weeks for a response and there was ZERO shipping and tracking information on the box.
That being said, my husband loves 2 out of 3 types of beer sent and is really looking forward to box #2

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize in the delay in responding to your email. During that time of the year we were unusually busy and our small Customer Service team was working hard to respond to all of our customers as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, due to ground shipping from multiple hubs, using multiple couriers around the country, combined with the strict alcohol shipping laws from state to state, our company is just not set up to send out shipping or tracking notifications. Shipments are sent out between the 15th and 20th each month, arriving during the final week of the month. We are able to provide this information upon request if we have the tracking information...
I just wish I and the gift recipient would receive an email notification about when the item ships. Maybe the recipient did and didn't tell me, but I did not.
Otherwise, my dad likes the gift very much!
