Ordered a box and it got returned due to shipping errors. Never received a refund and the company will not respond to my multiple messages over multiple platforms. Poor Customer service and horrible management. Don't waste your money.
It appears that the post office held the box for you, but you never picked it up and it was sent back to us. We didn't see any emails come in from you, but we just reached out to give you options on getting your box.

I've sent several emails through customer service with pictures. First I tried the CS address on the page with no reply. Then I received the email with notice that my subscription was not renewed, thank God. It took asking a question through the website to get a reply about the faulty pipe they sent. An employee named Marjorie replied to me asking if I used a different email address or sent it to a different email. I have no idea where the website sends their emails. I sent everything to the address listed on the contact page. Shipping was fine. The box came on the 6th of February. I questioned if the glycerin filled pipe was leaking in transit but took the excess air to be a simple product variation as I did not notice anything wet in the packaging. However, when I used the pipe the first time, I could feel the wax get soft and start sinking into the hole where they filled the pipe with glycerin. By the next morning I had glycerin leaking slowly out of the pipe. It is unusable now. The products were cute but hardly worth the money, especially without the pipe being used now.

Its been 2 months the stoney babe has charged me twice and I have yet to receive my first subscription! Im so upset I unfortunately will have to cancel this subscription.

I don’t know what was expecting from someone called Stoney babe but that should have given me a clue as to how she runs her business. It’s a cute idea and the actual box design is adorable. I got one item that is really cute. The rest was meh. Not worth the hassle! She doesn’t respond to email and when she does it’s like she’s not reading them. I had to place a fraud report to my bank just to get her to take off a double charge. She should probably wait to partake after taking care of business. I cannot stress enough how far away from this vendor you should stay. Skip this box. Not worth the money.
Hey Laura, I’m sorry you were dissatisfied with your experience with us. We did have a really high influx of emails this month and reply times were delayed. We actually just hired a new team member to ensure this doesn’t happen again, but I apologize for that! We never did find a double charge on your account, but did see that you accidentally ordered two separate subscriptions. Even though your second box had already shipped, we fully refunded it so you should’ve received two boxes for the price of one. I started by ordering the baby girl basics and it’s been 2 weeks and it hasn’t even shipped. I had started the subscription but I will be canceling it if it take forever to receive. I emailed and have not heard anything back.The Weed box ships much faster.

The box came sort of crushed in one corner. That is entirely usps though. I have no idea what anything is inside this box. I got a generic looking Starbucks glass water bong with a sticker slapped on it... with a snowman bowl head along with a glass pencil thing with sand inside it?? I don't even know what to do with those as I don't dab. I guess I'll shove a screen in the snowman face thing as it has a hole in the bottom of it. I also received one silicone ashtray, hemp chapstick, papers with pink designs on it 🙄 some stickers and a coloring book/notebook and 2 wraps. I'll make it work since it's already paid for but from now on I'm going to stick with The Weed Box. Much happier with my purchase from them.
I'm so sorry that you're unhappy with your box. Each box comes with a pamphlet that explains every item included, so there shouldn't be any confusion about what's inside the box. If your box was missing the pamphlet, please reach out to me via email and I would more than happy to send you one so there's no confusion about what you received and who it came from!
Also, each box is insured with USPS, so you can definitely file a claim since your box arrived damaged! We do our best to package everything appropriately so it arrives in perfect condition, but sometimes they do get damaged in transit. Hey Nicole, I just saw your follow-up email from a few days ago regarding the refund and responded to it. Your USPS tracking number shows your box is scheduled to arrive 11/21. Unfortunately, once boxes are delivered to USPS, the speed at which they move is beyond my control (despite paying for 3-day shipping). Each box is fully insured and a claim can be started with USPS which I am more than happy to assist you with.
