I did not find enough value in this box for me. At this price I would expect to come away with more than a 50 gram skein of fingering weight yarn.

Your box contained Baby Yak and Silk which is a luxury fiber and comes in 50 gram skeins, usually priced between $28 and $30 per skein. The box also included extra items that definitely amounted to a value of well over the price paid. We hope you'll consider giving us another try sometime.

The Yarn N Stitches yarn boxes are outstanding! Each month I’ve received some premium hand dyed yarn in gorgeous colors with adorable themed stitch markers and great add-ons (hand made chicken dish towels and “chicken poop” themed lip balm this month). Shipping has been quick, themes are great, prices are competitive. And it’s gorgeous yarn! What more could you ask for?!

I always love my box each month but this month we received a very thin yarn that is hard to work with for some people. I don’t think I would have chosen it for the box. It is beautiful yarn just very thin. Loved the pompoms that came in the box!! Thanks for all the great boxes I’ve received over the year.

Tanya, thank you for your feedback. Brushed Suri Alpaca can be tricky if you haven’t worked with it before. We love using it held double (like with either of the other yarns in this 3-month collection) to make a lovely fabric. There are also several patterns that call for this yarn. One popular one is the Pink Velvet by Andrea Mowry. Let us know if you’d like other suggestions on projects this yarn would be great for. We hope you'll give it a try!
