The best cookies even gluten free!

The owner ships these in with GF flour for us as we have Celiac and a very severe chickpea allergy. She clearly labels it and I was very pleasantly surprised that she even sent Gluten free certified oats for the blueberry and cream cookies.

This recipe is peanut butter free but you have the option to add 1 cup of peanut butter if you like, additional ingredients you require are 8oz unsalted butter, 2 large eggs & vanilla extract.
