Initially there are strong citrus notes on the nose, with hints of lemongrass before the familiar backdrop of juniper develops. On the palate Purist Zest is light, refreshingly smooth with an undeniable hit of lemon and lime, complimented by more classic juniper and coriander flavours. Zest’s finish is clean, with a touch of sweetness. Purist Zest is distilled with up to 3 times as much lime and lemon peel as our regular London Dry Gin, giving it a much more rounded flavour of citrus
