Qalat Dagga is a Tunisian five spice blend. The most significant part of this blend is the rare spice from West Africa ‘grains of paradise’, also known as malagueta pepper or Guinea pepper. We added rosebud powder for extra flavor. Roses are a typical ingredient in Arabian cuisine. Create a quick Tunisian vegetable chickpea sauce, vegetarian or with ground meat.
