Retired detective Arthur Dukes just purchased one of these mini storage units in hopes of reselling the contents for a profit. However, after opening the box and seeing some of the contents his heart began to race and his palms became sweaty. Instantly, memories from his career with the Valley Falls Police Department flashed before his eyes and he was taken back to the times of tracking down some of the city’s most notorious serial killers.
