Tortit. Tortit (Hebrew: טורטית‎) is a popular Israeli chocolate snack produced by the Elite Confectionery Company in the confectionery division located in Nazareth Illit, Israel. The snack is made of a wafer coated with chocolate and contains rum-like almond cream.
