I purchased a 3 month subscription for my daughter for Mother's Day. I had to email about receiving the first box but my daughter hadn't received it. The seller responded and said it was a busy time for her with her kids being out of school.
When she did get it a couple of weeks later, she loved it. Then the next month I emailed (through Cratejoy) twice and the seller never responded. Cratejoy ended up refunding my money for the last two boxes that my daughter never received.
Therefore, I don't recommend purchasing from Boxy Mama because of the communication and shipping issues.
