I just can't figure this company out. I've been charged for six months of boxes, but only ever received four. My last box never came. There is literally nobody to reach out to with problems. I have messaged them at least a half dozen times just asking for information and hear nothing back at all. No numbers or live people to speak to. The boxes are great when they come. Do NOT get this box until they get their act together. Cratejoy hasn't been much help either, and I'm actually souring on the entire Cratejoy experience as a result.

We apologize that your May box was not received, that was a shipping error on our part, due to the on-going pandemic and we take complete responsibility for it. We will refund this month and next month since you canceled the rest of your prepaid 6 month subscription.
Order was placed on Nov 23. Package was shipped on Dec 09. ....Still waiting anxiously for its arrival .... 12 days later !
First, thank you for being a subscriber and we appreciate you business. We take pride in our fast shipping. United states domestic shipping is 2-3 days and Canadian shipping is about 10 days. Unfortunately, we cannot speed up this process and we are at the mercy of canadian post and customs.
We would like to remind our customers that orders made after the 1st of the month are shipped the following month ( order made on November 23rd, shipped on december 9th).
