The royal algae serum has fragrance and smells amazing. The other products only have scents from essential oils. A list of ingredients can be found on the club benefits page of the club rapunzel website.

Thanks for your interest in Club Rapunzel, at this time there is no monthly payment plan (unless you choose the Yoga for hair growth e-coaching program that's delivered digitally). For the quarterly subscription box you may choose to pay quarterly, semi-annually or annually. Please read the description under shipping policy. This is a quarterly box. One box ships every 3 months. Higher discounts are on the 6 and 12 month commitments.
Straight-up answer, yes, it is $60 for ONE shipment. $108 for two shipments (spaced over six months) and $200 for four shipments (spaced over a year). With the lack of instructions etc., this is not a good deal for what you receive and the product for us was subpar.
Bottom line, despite Crate Joy showing 3 Months at $20.00/box this is not what you get.

The ONLY way to end your membership by logging into your account on clubrapunzel's website and click cancel or postpone your renewal date. To avoid charges do this before your renewal date which is displayed when you log in. You can not cancel by email and there are no refunds if you forget to cancel.
Go on the website and log in, don't come to this page looking to cancel, and don't email Monique cuz it's written on all her emails to not email her to cancel.

This question has already been answered. Your quarterly box was sent in June. You canceled your membership in June. Your emails were answered. You can always contact directly on the clubrapunzel website instead of through cratejoy for a faster response.
If you sign up for the three-month subscription you will only get ONE box for $60 (unfortunately it is NOT $20/box as shown). The other options will give you TWO boxes for $108 over six months or FOUR boxes for $200 over a year. This appears to have been happening for quite some time now and it's a shame it hasn't been updated on the selling page.
Other sellers would list this as: 1 Box Every 3 months ~ $60...

I hope this will not disappear like the person's question asking what they get for their subscription. The question was removed a day after I answered honestly on what this company ships you for your hard-earned money and this alone is a deceptive practice. They don't want you to know you get ONE box for $60 upfront, TWO boxes over six months for $108, and 4 boxes over a year for $200. The customer support is dismissive and short. No instructions come with your shipment because they are a "paperless" company. I feel it is important for others to know the truth. I have never had an issue until now on this site. Crate Joy shows $20/box and this is very very deceptive because it is NOT $20/box. My subscriptions page for Crate Joy shows three shipments (because this is the way the seller has it set up) but tracking for ONE. I have a lot of trouble with flat-out deception. The overall product I received in my one box is not worth it for $60. I also saw the business answered someone and said "we are paperless and monthly videos with instructions and coaching tips come via email. Unfortunately, I did not receive any email with linked videos or coaching tips as advertised, not one.
Bottom line:
1 Box Every 3 months ~ $60 per box
2 Boxes Over 6 months ~ $54 per box ($108 total)
4 Boxes Over 12 months ~ $50 per box ($200 total)

You are correct that the Cratejoy marketplace shows the subscription as per box instead of per month, even on the Yoga for Hair Growth digital e-coaching program which is obviously not a box. It's unedible and clearly putting QUARTERLY subscription box in all caps a few places and describing when quarterly boxes ship in the FAQs still caused confusion. Since you bought a gift subscription the system didn't recognize you as an active member to receive the coaching emails. This has helped Club Rapunzel realize that we need to do better in catching these things and so sorry! You are now in the queue. Sadly we can't go back in time to turn your below-average experience back into the excited hair growth journey-er but all...
