Q: Do your nail stickers ever expire? I have a Christmas set I never got around to wearing and was hoping that I could save them for next year. Asked by Emily K., December 2020
They will not expire as long as they are kept air tight. If you open the outer plastic packaging the nail strips are in, be sure to seal them back up in an airtight container, such as a ziploc bag. This will keep them from drying out and hardening.

Do not subscribe! I ordered a 3 months subscription and received NO PACKAGES. The tracking number they gave me for two different mailings was the exact same number. I have family that works with the USPS and packages can be tracked. This is a scam for sure!

I love the actual product but I have a terrible time actually receiving my packages! They were constantly late or wouldn't show up at all even after receiving tracking info for the package. When I'd try to track the package with the tracking number they'd send in an email it would give an error saying that it wasn't found. The nail designs and quality of the nail stickers are great, I wish I could give it five stars but with the hassle of constantly having to contact them to actually send my package is a deal breaker. And unfortunately, it's not just me. My sister has the same subscription and she struggles with the same issue as well. She's had to contact them almost every month to actually get her package sent to her. It's just not worth the hassle.

Pre-paid nearly $48 for three months, in AUGUST. Have only received one shipment. Now they want to charge me for another three months which I get to pay for but only receive one out of three. This Nail Shack Pack is a SCAM! I have only received ONE shipment the entire time. Then I tried to get my money back, and they said they were shipping me the products instead. THEN, they charged me $52.23, AND the tracking number for the replacement packs says that my package cannot be found. I am infuriated by this! I want my money refunded for the original purchase, and definitely for the charge on 2/10/23!

Very cute designs. They went right on top of my acrylic nails with no problem. I would put them on especially once my nails started to grow out. The only issue I had was that some of them were too thin and. Not wide enough for my nails so it always left spaces on the side. That is why I eventually stopped the subscription. But I would even cut the ones in half and save the other pieces for other designs or smaller nails, patches or even my kids nails. Definitely worth it but again just too narrow. I would try to stretch them before applying however it became too difficult I gave up. However it was a fun thing to get and would make a fun gift!

The one order that I did receive, I liked. Unfortunately, Nail Shack kept charging me and would never send the wraps. Customer service on their end was definitely lacking - either no response at all or, oh yes, we will re-send. There wasn't record of them sending the order in the first place. Cratejoy customer service was great and on top of things. I wouldn't hesitate ordering another subscription through Cratejoy in the future. Just proceed with caution if you order Nail Shack.
