I think this may have been a good idea, but the follow-through just didn't happen. Out of two orders, both have been late. I paid a premium for shipping, so this really shouldn't have been the case. The second time the ice cream was completely melted. I purchased this as a gift, so the fact that it has been late both times is embarrassing, to say the least. I have attempted to contact eCreamery, but they did not acknowledge my message. I'm not sure that ice cream delivery was the best, most well thought-out idea, but a bit of customer service would have gone a long way. I won't be ordering again.
