I ordered back in late October or early November a box for a Christmas present and as 18th of January, I have STILL not received my box. The tracking system shows it is in transit in JAMAICA NY INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER. (I ordered from Bulgaria), meaning it is no near to be delivered.
Delivery ruined everything, I wouldn't recommend ordering the box for a European country.

Hello! We are so sorry to hear about your shipping experience. During the busy holiday season and the coronavirus pandemic, international shipping has slowed down considerably. We did warn this on our marketplace listing and our personal webpage that international shipments may not arrive in time for the holidays. We only make the boxes... we use the USPS International to deliver. I understand that it is frustrating when boxes do not arrive as quickly as you had hoped for, but with the busy holiday shipping load and the pandemic, the postal service has moved more slowly than anyone could have anticipated. I am now 5 weeks in to my purchase and have not had my gift delivered. It is 2 weeks past the promised delivery date and 6 days past reporting an issue via online help without even an acknowledgement of the issue. When I attempt to contact anyone I am told to contact the seller, but I get nowhere there either.
I am so disappointed. I was looking forward to my best friend receiving this unique gift. Now I am just sad and angry. My only joy comes from knowing that I paid via PayPal and that they will honor my refund based upon not having received the merchandise.
Cratejoy, what felt like a great gift choice was a horrible mistake for me. There were plenty of other shipping issues this season, and in all of the other instances the seller resolved the issue. So many great options I saw for future purchases. I am sad to say though, never again.

I purchased this subscription for my son's birthday. I spent some time checking they could mail to Australia and asking if we could change the address mid subscription, They were very keen to reply. We were told the mailout would be in the first week of August and an email would be sent out. Nothing heard at all and it's the 20th.
I contacted Cratejoy yesterday and they replied the matter was resolved for them because they are merely the marketplace platform. They gave me an email address but I've had no reply at all from that. Each time I tell Cratejoy I'm not happy they reply that they're closing my ticket as the matter is resolved! They are not taking any responsibility. Buyer beware!
