I order this box on the 25th got billed on that day and recharged my card on the 11th.. But I haven't gotten a single box or any word From customer support, so far crate. Joy. Themselves have been the most helpful.. DON'T GET THIS BOX!

So far, not impressed with the customer service. I have not received so much as a confirmation regarding my order and all my inquiries and attempts to the vendor have been completely ignored. I haven't even gotten the box to review the contents, but I am EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED by the lack of basic communication from this group.

It was a great surprise and great things..BUT I think you should include a nice little info about what we receive and what it's about and to put the items in a box instead of just a mail box..Almost through away an item...
