If you choose “gift” when you place the order, there is a toggle to choose “don’t renew. Or if you order a 3 month subscription, you can cancel it any time after you pay for the 3 months (even immediately after) and you will still receive the 3 months you paid for, and it won’t renew! Was super disappointed in my first box. I love Pina Colada but I'm not sure what popcorn, balm, and shower gel. I was expecting at least a few kitchen items as that is what's pictured in past boxes. I bought three months hopefully next one is better.
So sorry you were disappointed. It seems you missed the car coaster and bracelet that were included as well. Every month is different but there are always scented, flavored and colored gifts to go with each theme. We put a lot of thought into curating the boxes and wish we could please everyone every month. I loved this box. The food was delishes. I loved the cookie and the fudge. I havent tried the pumpkin cheese mix yet ( I have to get cool whip and cream cheese ) My husband fell in love with the little ornament its so darn cute. Its hanging on our front door, and the candle , soap, and bath cubes made the perfect box. Thank you..
We received the grape box and my husband and I really enjoyed it. Everything was geared around the theme. The treats were gourmet. The other products were very good quality.
BY FAR, the most amazing experience I have ever had with a subscription box company! Not only are the items beautiful and so well-curated, but the owner, Pamela, is an incredible human being. There was a mistake with my box value declaration for customs (I am a Canadian subscriber), resulting in my paying duties of $52. With one quick e-mail, Pam acknowledged the error (NO ONE HAS EVER DONE THAT BEFORE) and offered to reimburse me or give me a free box. Of course, I opted for the box! This level of customer service from a box that has been around for years or any box at all astounds me! You have a subscriber for life!
What an awesome box! I like that this is a very unique box and that it is unlike any other I’ve seen. It has a good mix of lifestyle, home decor, and edible items. While there is a fruit theme, I like that some of the items are an interpretation of the theme, which gives it more of a variety (eg a soap dish that has some of the colors of that month’s theme fruit). As a fruit lover, this box is right up my alley and I cant wait to see what future boxes will bring!
I can honestly say I only liked my first box But I absolutely loved the second one! :) the second box made me say yes for a third ❤️
Hi Ivory, You paid for the June box which hasn’t shipped yet. We never received a request from you for a refund other than you disputing the credit cards charge, and they refunded you, so we’ve cancelled your June box. We offer incredible customer service. I wish you would have contacted us directly. We would gladly have explained that your box would be shipping soon. We don’t generally give refunds unless there is a problem, but we also would have gladly refunded you if you contacted us. Instead we were charged extra for your dispute and you gave us a 1 star review for a box you never received and what clearly was a misunderstanding. I’m sorry you didn’t get to experience our great customer...

Sorry you feel that way. We have hundreds of happy subscribers and have been in business 5 years now. We promise that the value of the items in our box meet or exceed the cost of the box. If you look up each item online individually, you will see that. We include handmade and gourmet items. If you are a dollar store shopper then you may not appreciate the quality we include.
