I cancelled my subscription back in December. This company decided to try billing me in February. I disputed it with my credit card company since their website doesn't have an option for talking to anyone in their phone number no longer works. I got the issue resolved shortly thereafter and now I am saying that my credit card has been billed yet again and I am disputing it again. I don't know what is going on with this company but I am not happy.
The only reason it shows one star is because it made me pick at least one but actually it should be negative 5

I placed an order in February as a gift and it has yet to be shipped. I have emailed a couple times and also have not received a response. Definitely not ok for this to happen.
