I love this fandom box. The hand made jewelry items are simply the best. She is very talented; you can tell she loves making anything fandom. I have been getting this box for about 2 - 2. 1/2 years and each month is fantastic. Keep up the great work.
Kal-Elle is one of the BEST subscription services out there, period. The boxes are well-curated, with original pieces of all varieties - the jewelry, the homewares, the extras in these boxes are spectacular! Every piece surprises me and I'm always excited to receive my Kal-Elle Monthly box!

The last two subscription boxes of Fantastic beasts and nightmare before Xmas were great. My daughters loved them.
Melanie is amazing and her customer service is on point. I'm loving my Goonies box and all the items in it. Spending only $23 for all these items really makes for a great mail day when these boxes are delivered.
The box was very well put together. My daughter did finally recieve this subscription, and she loves it. I think a person should give close to two months before the first box is receieved. Depends on time of purchase.
I love everything I get in my subscription. Everything arrives nicely packaged and they're so freaking adorable.
The box is always late. Followed her on Facebook and grew tired of all the excuses that were given for why it was late month after month. I unsubscribed after three months and glad I did because it seems the April and May boxes have yet to be shipped... Owner should get her act together or get some help...
Yup things happen and boxes ship late. I'm a small business and not a large corporation or Amazon. Unfortunately one of the items for the April box arrived and wasn't to our standards of quality so we had the item made by a new vendor. This takes time, but they did rush the order for us. I could have easily shipped out what arrived, but I strive for amazing quality for our products. I'd hate to ship an item that everyone wouldn't be to thrilled with. I'm a one woman show with two very part-time helpers. We try our best to get these boxes in the mail, but life happens something.

I'm sorry to hear that you aren't to happy with your subscription. I just looked over your account and it looks like you signed up after our cut off period for May. Your subscription is set to ship in June, but if you would prefer to get our Aladdin box please email me at email@example.com. I apologize for any confusion.
Purchased subscription on April 4, never received April box nor May box. I reached out to the seller for more information via 2 different platforms and received even an acknowledgement of my communication attempts from either platform.
I'm sorry to hear that you aren't to satisfied with our service. We strive for excellent customer service along with amazing boxes for our subscribers. Unfortunately one of our items for the April box arrived and wasn't to our standards of quality so we rushed to get it remade by a new vendor. We could have simply sent that item out with the box, but I'm 100% positive that you wouldn't have enjoyed the quality. We did send out numerous newsletters with updates throughout the months of April and May and also posted several social media updates. I don't recall seeing a message on social media, but we do get a ton of emails and messages everyday so we apologize...
